"We are constantly taking ideas from the spiritual world and forming them into our own conception of the things we desire. Sometimes the finished product does not satisfy or please us. That is because we have taken the idea away from its true parents, wisdom and love." Daily Guru

Issue 7

Job creation to help the environment

Ideas to simultaneously reduce greenhouse gas emissions, save foreign exchange and create many jobs

Issue 7 Editorial

With this issue, Biophile is one year old. It has been a wonderful experience getting the magazine out there every couple of months. We have learned plenty (and still have loads to learn) and feel privileged to be able to bring the information that we do to our readers.

Natural building, green building

Building materials have undergone a speedy evolution over the past century. Standard dimensions and shapes, predictable qualities, and manufactured precision make it quicker and easier to design and construct new buildings with laserflat walls, straight and sharp corners, and glass-smooth floors.

Eating meat: is it sustainable?

Whether you eat meat or not (or how much) is a private matter, they might say. Maybe it has some implications for your heart, especially if you’re overweight. But it’s not one of the high-profile public issues you’d expect presidential candidates or senators to be debating – not up there with terrorism, the economy, the war, or “the environment.”

The peace of a meatless diet

Meat holds vibrations of violence, fear, pain, suffering and death. How can we be peaceful if this is what our bodies are absorbing?

Behind farm gates

Raising animals for human consumption is nothing less than animal abuse

Pet vaccinations are a crime

I believe that vets of the future, and our children’s doctors, will look back upon the vaccination era with horror and shame. The horror will come from the knowledge that so much pain and misery was caused by healing professionals acting in ignorance, and the shame will come from the wilfulness of that ignorance.

What the [BLEEP] do we know?

Science comes to terms with Spirit

Antibacterial Silver

Silver – colloidal or ionic silver, silver in solution – is a potent antibacterial product. It has been demonstrated as such for well over 100 years. But, for decades, the fda has been on a crusade to criminalize anyone who tried to sell silver for medicinal use.

Addicted to Big Energy

Eskom is preventing a shift towards renewable energy.

Digital Apartheid

Telkom’s greed has ensured that only the rich are able to use the internet on any practical level.

What you haven’t been told about Aids

In the CDC’s Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report of June 5th 1981, James Curran implied the existence of a major new sexually transmitted disease. This was based on five cases of homosexual men with yeast infections and a rare form of pneumonia, who had shared no sexual relations, but only a long history of amyl nitrate (poppers) abuse1.

Guiding Principles

What schooling experience would like to have had? What do you remember most from your schooling experience? What schooling experience would you like for your child?

A Raw Revolution

“If you shut up the truth and bury it under the ground, it will but grow and gather itself such explosive power that the day it bursts through, it will blow up everything in it’s way!” – Emile Zola
This quote starts “Nature’s First Law”. A book by Arlin, Dini & Wolfe.
